Dr. Caldwell was born
and raised in Gallipolis,
OH. He completed his
undergraduate work at
Ohio University in Athens
and entered The Ohio
State Univeristy Dental
School.
Dr. Rhonda is originally from Leavittsburg, Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University for her undergraduate studies and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University in 1996.
